| What's the strangest scenario you've ever encountered while working there? | Well I was going out for a smoke and saw 2 guys sitting in a car(around 7ish) didn't think much and about an hr before close I went out 1 more time and saw the same guys still just sitting there and were supposed to report anything suspicious and called the cops and they had rope and knifes in their car. pretty scary. especially when your entire cast ranges from 16-18. |

Y/N? | Well the best thing I remember is a 4-5 year old girl was having a bday party there and they had book for 10-12 kids and none showed up so it was just her and her parents. so it was a slow day and for the bday show I had my cast choose a small mech item(CEC doll, ball, hair clips,ect) and had the rest of my cast(4) sit at her party to enjoy the show with her and give her those gift while I watched the store...amazing. the only vicious kid I remember was a litte boy who went into the tubes and started biting other kids, I made him get out and told him to tell me where his parents were and let them know the situation and they just said sorry to me and then as I was walking away they told the boy to go away from them...yea they are. |

How has business changed in the time you've been in the company? | Yea, they are very expensive to keep up. Weve only had the chuck e character. And it takes a lot of money to keep up. I could imagine having 4 others to keep up with. And as for the walk around cec his shoes alone cost 400. That's why we don't have multiple characters |

Example: someone stealing food off other tables. | I love kids, I have 3 and its helped me at my job, if im in a bad mood I think what kind of experience would I like my kids to have and that's how I get through the day...and this family came in and bought tokens but no food, and we usually let a table sit 10-15 min before cleaning it to ensure the guests have left and those people would go table to table and would get a old slice of Canadian bacon,pep,ham and treated the deserted tables as a buffet. gross and got old drink cups to drink out of, 1 of them just dumped out the old drink and kept the original lid/straw |

| How nasty was the ball pit before it got removed? How often did you clean it out? How did you go about cleaning it? | It was just dirt infested balls when we cleaned it. We would have a cast member just sit in there with a rag and some orange force cleaner and try to do all the balls one by one. |

Is that really the case? | Yea were a kid demographic restaurant. And we will let adult men in with a close eye on anything fishy. Usually they are netting someone for a party or something. But I had a man come in and start casually taking pics of my female cast. I knocked him out reap quick. But most people arnt crazy. |

Like on a scale from airport bathroom to dive-bar-bathroom-with-a-single-stall-on-a-friday-night? | It all depends on the mgr team...my store is above par(very clean, food standards excellent,games not down longer than a day or two) I went to help out another store a few hrs away one weekend and they were gross!!!, unorganized, standards VERY sloppy, I was disgusted!!!, told my friends who lived in that town to NEVER go there unless I gave approval. |
| Like the surfaces of the games, do they regularly get cleaned? | At my store they do, fri-sat the main touch surfaces get wiped down every 30-hr. weekdays we do it nightly. |

And how often do you have someone try to weasel out of paying for something/try to get tickets, etc. for free? | We don't really get too many crazy complaints but we have this lady that use to call every day for a week once a mth to get a diffent mgr and say that this other manager said that they were short a pizza or two when they came and that the manager on duty just told her to call and let us know when shes gonna go back up there and we will hook her up(we don't ever do that) so we got her name and wrote in our office so when she calls back we can just tell her no. |

I assume they got rid of them for liability reasons. | Money saving. Is bring coupons. Only way to really save money. And with the new mascot. We lost all the parents that grew up with cec so the were pretty much replace with another generation. Hasn't hurt us at all. |

| Why do so many trashy people flock to Chuck E. Cheese? | I honestly don't know. The really bad people usually come around income.tax season. Other than that they are really spotty, just here and there. |
| What was the most weird/disgusting thing that you have encountered at your job? | A family coming in and using the old pizzas from tables we hadn't cleaned yet as a buffet. Went table to table with a plate and got slices from different old pizzas. |

But the mgr crew are adults and we get.along great. This family had been coming in for years and just decided to spend their tickets. Had about 18,000. So pretty much emptied my merch fav game is guitar hero |

They are more interested in the 16 year old girls that work for me. |

| What was the funniest thing that happened working at your job? | Its was really funny. When I first started here I was 16 and me and on of the cast would see who could do the most dramatic fake trip. The stuff we did when we were younger would drive me crazy as a mgr. Some really fucked up stories. The employees make our own fun. |

But, we used to play pranks on each other such as a guy replacing my drink with thousand island dressing and as I was doing cash on a busy sat I took a drink between orders and had to run to the back to vomit on the kitchen floor, so to get him back I stuck his straw in garlic powder and put it back in his drink which made him vomit. And hitting each other on the head with dough trays till blood showed and showed a winneloser. Just stupid stuff like that. Oh how I would murder a member that did that now. The more inappropriate things stay between the people involved. |

So I know exactly with the cast is going through. I have a hard work ethic so I knew I wanted to move up from the beginning. |

I know we are a bit expensive but when someone is like " I just spent 50 bucks I want this for free" its like "bro, that person spent 50, that person spent 45, this party is totaled at 150" they treat us like were a 5 star restaurant in Spain or something. Only thing I want to give them for free is a backhanded slap. |

There is the 3 tokens for a dollar for some stores and the others are doing trying a new operations time. 11am-9pm. Right now both in testing. |

And his terrible parents forgot him for about 30 min. |
