GTA 5 Online (2P) Casino Heist: Silent & Sneaky ...

My usual gta buddy is on vacation so I'm looking for 2 people to help me run the casino heist with the silent and sneaky approach. The vault target is gold and I'll gladly pay 20% each. All the preps are done except for Security intel because I don't have a penthouse (I even did Duggan shipments in case it goes loud).
I'm level 93 and a decent player, but sometimes I struggle with the stealth in this game. I've only done the heist once before, using the Big Con approach. I've seen walkthroughs of silent and sneaky but I've never actually played it, so it would be great if I could find someone who's a higher level and knows what they're doing so they can kinda lead. Like I say I'll pay each 20% but as well in return I can help you with business sales or heists or anything.
